Processing Time
Our standard processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare and package each order to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipment.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Once your order is processed, you can choose from the following shipping methods during checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after processing.

Note: Processing times remain the same regardless of the shipping method chosen.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $150. Simply select the standard free shipping option at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress and get an estimated delivery date.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure accuracy. We can only ship to the address provided in the original order and are unable to make address changes after the order is placed.

If you need to change the shipping address, we recommend placing a new order with the correct address and then requesting a cancellation for the original order.

International Shipping
For international orders, please note that customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in our shipping rates.
